NJSC Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin", 110300, Arkalyk, Auelbekov st., 17, announces a competition for the vacant position of psychologist in the socio-psychological service

Candidates' documents are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of publication of this competition announcement.
A person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents:
1) track record;
2) a copy of the identity card;
3) copies of diplomas of higher education, academic and scientific degrees, documents on academic rank and originals for verification;
4) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if available) and originals for verification;
5) list of scientific works and inventions (if available);
6) characteristics from the last place of work;
7) medical certificate in form No. 086/u, issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents;
8) a certificate of the presence or absence of information on records issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the commission of a criminal or administrative offense by a person;
9) a certificate from a drug treatment organization issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents;
10) a certificate from a psychoneurological organization issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents.
11) presentation of your vision for the development of socio-psychological services.
The competition participant has the right to provide additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of his previous place of work), as well as documents confirming work experience and qualifications.

Requirements for the report:
1. The duration of the report is 7-10 minutes.
2. Presentation of your vision for the development of socio-psychological services - in paper and electronic form, no more than 7 slides.

Responsibilities:
1. Providing an individual approach to each student based on a psychological and pedagogical study of his personality;
2. Conducting psychological diagnostics and developing the creative and research potential of students;
3. Implementation of psychocorrectional work to solve psychological difficulties and problems of students;
4. Providing advisory assistance to parents and teachers in solving psychological problems and choosing optimal methods of educational work;
5. Providing assistance in improving the psychological and pedagogical competence of the teaching staff.
6. Providing individual and group counseling to Company employees on mental health issues;
7. Conducting group trainings in order to improve the competence of university employees in the field of the educational process, communication and conflict situations, and effective management.

Requirements:
• Higher education in the specialty “Psychology”, “Pedagogy and Psychology”;
• Basics of psychological counseling, basics of practical psychology, psychodiagnostics and psychocorrection, modern tools for working with individuals;
• A certificate or diploma is required.
