Today, March 16, 2023, in order to implement the career guidance work of graduates of general educational institutions, the Altynsarin Institute organized a series of meetings with graduates of schools, gymnasiums, lyceums in 2023.

So, in order to assist graduates in choosing a future profession in accordance with their capabilities, abilities and taking into account the requirements of the labor market, a meeting was held in an offline format. The organizers were teachers Amirov M.S., Zharmagambetov E.E., Ilubaev M.A., Nursali K.S. They conducted vocational guidance work among students of secondary schools in Derzhavinsk: secondary school them. N. Ostrovsky, secondary school them. N. Krupskaya and boarding school. A. Ukubaeva.
Graduates of the 11th grade were informed about the types and directions of training at the university, faculties and educational programs of the institute, were provided with booklets and a video with information about the university.

Another meeting was held on the ZOOM platform. In an online format, representatives of the university met with teachers and graduates of schools in the city of Turkestan and neighboring areas. More than 100 educational institutions took part in the online meeting.
During the meeting, information was also given about the educational programs of the institute, the passing score, elective subjects and creative exams. The speakers told the students in detail about the admission rules, about all aspects of the educational, scientific and educational life of students at the university. The participants of the meeting received career guidance assistance in choosing their future profession.
It should be noted that competition among educational institutions of vocational education determines the priority areas of activity of the Altynsarin Institute in improving career guidance and interaction with social partners.
The ongoing career guidance work with schoolchildren, on the one hand, prepares them for a reasonable choice of a profession in accordance with personal inclinations, interests, abilities, promotes a rational distribution of labor resources in accordance with the needs for personnel of certain professions, and on the other hand, increases the attractiveness of our university.
