Career guidance under the program "Serpin"

As part of career guidance work, the Altynsarin Institute conducts active campaigning to invite applicants to study at the institute, including under the Serpin-2050 program.

A working group has been formed from among the teaching staff of the university and business trips to different regions are planned.
According to the plan, from April 10 to April 14, 2023, the dean of the faculty "Pedagogy and Philology" Kaliev A.K. and the head of the OP "Geography", "Geography and History", "Biology and Geography" S.G. Kalkashev, within the framework of the Serpin program, conducted career guidance work with representatives of higher educational institutions of the northern region and specialists from the local youth resource center.
The purpose of the visit is to inform applicants about the changes made to the competition for special grants under the Serpin-2050 program, about the need to pass a special exam in pedagogical specialties, inviting applicants in 2023 to study at the Altynsarin Institute, as well as providing detailed information about the program university.
Recall that the state program "Serpin - 2050" "Mangilik el zhastary - industry" has been working in Kazakhstan since 2014.
The goal of the program is to train and employ young people from the southern region of the country (Almaty, South Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, Kyzylorda, Mangystau regions) with an excess of labor resources in the east, north and west of Kazakhstan - in regions experiencing a shortage of personnel.
