The Office Registrar monitors compliance with academic rules and procedures, ensures the organization of knowledge control, registration of the entire data of academic achievements and calculation of the academic rating of students.
The Office Registrar department is a structural subdivision of the Arkalyk Pedagogical University named after Ybyrai Altynsarin (hereinafter the University).

The main task:
The main task of the department is to assist the student in achieving his main goal – to receive education according to the chosen educational program with high quality knowledge, skills, skills and competencies in close cooperation between the faculties of the Institute. In its activities, the Office Registrar is guided by the Resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the current labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders and disposal of the Chairman of the Board-Rector.
The department carries out its activities in cooperation with the structural divisions of the University, with enterprises, as well as state authorities, ministries, departments and other bodies on the basis of the Charter of the NJSC «Arkalyk Pedagogical University named after Ybyrai Altynsarin», the development strategy of the Institute and the internal regulatory documents of the University.

The Office Registrar department performs the following functions:
- registration of students on the basis of orders on enrollment, transfer, restoration;
- organization of the process of registration and re-registration of students for academic disciplines;
- organization and control of students' knowledge;
- determination of the academic rating of students based on the results of the final control;
- organization of a summer semester to eliminate academic debts and differences in curricula,
- provision of academic information to the deans, the management of the Institute (examination and rating sheets, summary sheets, reports) for analysis and current work, upon request of students;
- schedule of classes;
- schedule of examination sessions;
- the schedule of the final state attestation;
- reception, registration and storage of student documentation;
- work with students who are recovering at a university, transferring from other universities or from one form of study to another, with students who have come out of academic leave as part of the elimination of differences in curricula;
- information on statistical reporting and preparation of one-time reports of the Institute according to the forms and within the time limits established by official bodies;
- preparation of orders for the personnel of students, provision of departments and faculties with copies of orders and extracts;
- preparation of reports on students, maintaining a database on the number of students;
- providing students with certificates at the place of requirement;
- preparation of orders for the payment of scholarships, preferential travel, discounts, etc.
