Activity direction

Tasks of the Administrative and Economic Department:
- maintenance of buildings, premises, equipment and systems of water supply, heating, power grids;
- planning, organization and control of current and major repairs of buildings and structures, technical equipment;
- supply of furniture, household equipment;
- organization of cleaning and keeping the office premises, classrooms, territory of the Institute facilities clean;
- organization of transport support;
- ensuring compliance with the rules and norms of labor protection, fire-prevention measures, maintenance of fire-fighting equipment in good condition.

Functions of the Administrative and Economic Department:

- maintenance and maintenance of proper condition in accordance with the rules and regulations of industrial sanitation and fire protection of buildings and premises in which the University's subdivisions are located, control over the serviceability of equipment (lighting, heating systems, water supply, etc.);
- monitors the observance of the sanitary and anti-epidemic regime, fire safety rules, safety standards, timely taking the necessary measures when detecting the facts of their violation, carrying out fire-prevention and anti-epidemic measures;
- participates in the preparation and implementation of managerial decisions of the management on the issues of administrative and economic support of the University's activities;
- repair of premises, quality control of repair work;
- carries out work on landscaping, landscaping, cleaning of the territory;
- ensures the safety of furniture, household equipment, takes measures to restore and repair them in case of damage;
- controls the uninterrupted supply of buildings and premises of the University with electricity, heat, water, control over their rational use.
