Brief information about the management service:
In its activities, SUPiDO is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the current legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of labor, "Model rules for documenting and managing documentation in state and non-state organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by order of the acting Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulations on management, orders, orders of the management of the institute, administrative documents of higher management bodies and the organization itself, regulatory materials concerning the activities of the personnel management service and document supply, the strategic development plan of NJSC Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin "(hereinafter referred to as the Institute) for 2021-2025, the Charter, the Internal Labor Regulations of the Institute and other acts that do not contradict the current legislation. SUPiDO is a structural subdivision of the NJSC "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The department carries out the following functions:
- execution of personnel documents concerning the issues of admission, transfer, dismissal, encouragement, punishment and other issues, in accordance with the requirements of the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- participation in the work of certification, competition commissions;
- participation in the work of commissions to determine the length of service;
- maintenance and accounting of personal files, work books of employees;
- familiarization of university staff with administrative documents related to personnel issues;
- provision of legal assistance in the preparation and execution of regulations and instructions, including job descriptions, bringing them to the attention of employees, their accounting and storage;
- keeping records of conscripts and conscripts from among students, teaching staff, UVP, service personnel;
- preparation of contracts related to labor relations (labor contract, liability and others);
- preparation of a training plan for teaching staff, monitoring compliance with schedules and deadlines;
- introduction of data of teaching staff and employees in PLATONUS, Enbek, NOBD;
- maintaining the program 1C: Enterprise;
- maintenance of documentation in accordance with the nomenclature of management affairs;
- informing the Chairman of the Board-Rector of the Institute with data on the arrival and departure of employees, provided by the access control and accounting system;
- planning and implementation of measures to improve the work of the institute in the field of jurisprudence and compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- timely registration of orders for ArkPI them. I. Altynsarin, incoming and outgoing correspondence, its viewing and transmission to the relevant departments;
- regulation of the course of execution of documents, control of passage, registration of execution of documents within a specified period;
- registration of reports, service notes, statements of employees and students of structural divisions of the institute;
- duplication of documents on a photocopier, development of document forms;
- delivery of documents to structural divisions of the institute;
- organizing the work of the archive in accordance with the current regulatory legal acts, writing off documents with an expired storage period;
- drawing up a nomenclature of cases;
- registration and issuance of official forms of the institute;
- the implementation of the reception of cases in the archive of documents of permanent, temporary (over) storage and according to the personnel is accepted according to the lists of cases.
