The procedure for admission to educational organizations implementing educational programs of higher education

The organization of higher and postgraduate education accepts persons with general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher education.
Persons with secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education, with the exception of those applying for related areas of training of higher education personnel, providing for a shorter study period, who have passed the UNT and who wish to participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget and (or) to be enrolled in paid education in the areas of education "Pedagogical Sciences", you must score at least 75 points, including at least 5 points - in the history of Kazakhstan, mathematical literacy, reading literacy - the language of instruction, and at least 5 points points in each specialized subject, with the exception of those entering the educational programs of higher education that require creative preparation.
Persons with secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education entering educational programs of higher education that require creative training, with the exception of those entering related areas of training for higher education personnel, providing for a shorter study period, who have passed the UNT and who wish to participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant higher education at the expense of the republican budget or local budget and (or) to be enrolled in the paid one must have at least 75 points, including at least 5 points - in the history of Kazakhstan, reading literacy - the language of instruction, and at least 5 points for each creative exam.
At the same time, in the History of Kazakhstan and two specialized subjects of the UNT and (or) the creative exam, it is necessary to score at least 5 points, and in the subjects of reading literacy and Mathematical literacy at least 3 points. To participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget in related areas of higher education training, providing for shorter study periods, persons with technical and vocational, post-secondary education, who have passed the UNT and scored at least 25 points according to its results and in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" are allowed – at least 35 points, including at least 5 points in each discipline of the UNT and (or) the creative exam. When passing the UNT in electronic format, the applicant participates in the competition for the award of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget with one of two UNT results having the required number of points specified in this paragraph. At the same time, the requirements specified in this paragraph do not apply to persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The procedure for enrolling in the organization of higher and postgraduate education

The enrollment of students entering the organization of higher and postgraduate education is carried out by the admissions committees of the RPEO from August 10 to 25 of the calendar year by order of the head of the organization of higher and postgraduate education or by a person acting in his duties.
Holders of an educational grant for higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget, as well as payment for education at the expense of citizens' own funds and other sources, choose an educational program from the corresponding group of educational programs.

Applicants to the admission application apply to the admissions office:
1) a document on general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary or higher education (original);
2) a copy of the identity document;
3) 2 photographs measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;
4) medical certificate form 075-U, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "On approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 6697) (hereinafter - order No. 907);
5) UNT certificate;
6) an extract from the statement (for applicants for educational programs of higher education that require special and (or) creative training, including in the fields of education «Pedagogical sciences» and «Health and social security» (medicine);
7) certificate of educational grant award.
8) a copy of the document confirming the presence of one of the sports categories and (or) sports titles established by paragraph 1 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Physical Culture and Sports”.
Citizens from among the disabled of groups I, II, disabled since childhood, disabled children, persons equated with benefits and guarantees to participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War, persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among young people who have lost or are left without parental care before the age of majority additionally submit documents confirming the granting of preferential rights and a quota.
Persons with secondary, technical and vocational or post-secondary education, with the exception of applicants in related areas of higher education training, providing for shortened study periods who have not scored the threshold score set out in paragraph 4 of these Standard Rules (based on the results of the UNT), are enrolled in the organization of higher and postgraduate education in full-time education on a paid basis until completion of the first academic period.
Upon completion of the 1st (first) academic period of study, these persons re–take the UNT on time in accordance with the Rules of the Unified National testing approved by Order No. 204 of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 2, 2017 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 15173) (hereinafter - Order No. 204).
Persons who have received a certificate of awarding an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the republican budget or the local budget, apply for admission to the RPEO specified in the certificate and are enrolled in the number of students by order of the head or the person performing his duties. Holders of certificates of awarding an educational grant for groups of creative educational programs of higher education are enrolled in the organization of higher and postgraduate education, in which they passed creative exams.
