The Department of Marketing and Communications is a structural subdivision of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Y. Altynsarin.
The department carries out its activities in cooperation with the structural subdivisions of the institute, with enterprises, as well as public authorities, ministries, departments and other bodies on the basis of the Charter of the NJSC Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Y. Altynsarin", the development strategy of the institute and the internal regulations of the institute.

Main goals:
- conducting internal and external marketing research activities of educational services;
- formation and improvement of the image and reputation of the brand of the institute;
- planning and conducting advertising campaigns to stimulate sales of the Institute's services and products;
- participation in the formation and implementation of the information policy determined by the leadership of the institute;
- information support for the activities of the institute and its structural divisions;
- preparation and prompt dissemination in the media of official reports on the most important events at the institute;
- the formation of a positive public opinion about the activities of the institute and its divisions with the help of the media;
- ensuring communication with the public through social networks, Internet sites, various messaging software and interviews;
- interaction with the press services of public authorities, as well as with other information services and organizations in order to objectively cover the activities of the institute and its divisions;
- analysis and prompt informing the leadership of the institute about the position of the media regarding speeches and decisions and about the responses to them in the press, on television, radio, about the state of public opinion;
- within its competence, considers applications from domestic and foreign news agencies, other media to assist in the preparation of materials on the activities of the institute.
