The Board of Directors of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin" announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the Internal Audit Service of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin", located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 110300, Kostanay region, Arkalyk, Auelbekov street, 17.

The main goal of the Internal Audit Service is to develop objective recommendations for the Board of Directors of the Company when resolving issues within its competence.
The competence of the Committee includes the following issues:
- in the field of internal audit of the Company;
- in the field of external audit of the Company;
- in the field of financial and economic activities of the Company;
- areas of the risk management and internal control system.

Requirements for competition participants:
• higher professional education in the fields of: economics and finance, and/or accounting and auditing, and/or financial management, and/or finance and credit, and/or jurisprudence, knowledge of the features of the educational process in higher educational institutions and the availability of additional special training ;
• experience in the field of auditing, and/or accounting, and/or finance in higher educational institutions - desirable;
• experience in management positions - at least 2 years;
• knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating production and economic activities, including issues of auditing, accounting and taxation;
• knowledge of international financial reporting standards.

A person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents:
1. Application for participation in the competition.
2. A copy of an identity document.
3. Summary.
4. Copies of educational documents, academic degrees and qualification certificates in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position.
5. A copy of a document confirming work activity.
6. A document certifying the completion of a preliminary medical examination.

Documents for participation in the competition are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
The date and location of the competition will be announced additionally.
