The board of directors of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin" announces a competition for the vacant position of a member of the board - vice-rector for research and strategic development of the non-commercial joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin", located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 110300, city Arkalyk, street Auelbekova, 17.
The purpose of the activity is to create the necessary conditions for obtaining high-quality education, training and teaching, aimed at the formation, development and professional development of a person based on national and universal values, achievements of science and practice, as well as for the development of scientific potential and commercialization of developments.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher and post-graduate education, experience of working in managerial positions in educational organizations and (or) in authorized bodies in the relevant fields for at least 3 years.
What person can take part in the competition:
1) age twenty five years;
2) previously committed corruption offense;
3) having an outstanding or pending criminal record;
4) registered in special medical institutions;
5) other cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents:
1) application in the established form;
2) a copy of the document certifying the identity of the Contest participant;
3) service list of the participant of the competition with a color photo of size 3x4 in the established form;
4) copies of educational documents and applications and submission of originals for verification:
- to copies of educational documents received by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational organizations, copies of certificates of recognition or certification of these educational documents issued by an authorized body in the field of education are attached, with the exception of educational documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers and laboratories citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of the international scholarship "Bolashak", as well as subject to the international agreement (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;
- a copy of the certificate of completion of training under the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak", issued by the joint-stock company "Center of International Programs" is attached to the copies of education documents issued to the holders of the international scholarship "Bolashak";
- to copies of educational documents subject to the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence, copies of certificates of recognition of these educational documents issued by an authorized body in the field of education are attached;
5) a copy of a document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service at the place of (current or last) work;
6) medical certificate of health status (medical professional-consultative conclusion) in the appropriate form, issued no more than six months before the day of presentation of the documents;
7) a certificate from a psychoneurological organization, issued no more than one year before the day of submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on state services;
8) a certificate from a drug organization, issued no more than one year before the day of submission of documents in accordance with the legislation on state services;
9) a document confirming the absence of a ban on employment in accordance with criminal legislation.
In cases of implementation of restrictive measures by the relevant state bodies, introduction of a state of emergency, occurrence of emergency situations of a social, natural and man-made nature, service-receiving participants of the Competition shall not submit the documents indicated in sub-clauses 7, 8 and 9.

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the day of publication of the announcement.
