On March 16, 2023, a seminar was held in the assembly hall of the Altynsarin Institute on the topic “Implementation of Academic Mobility of Students” with the participation of the Head of the Department of the Office-Registrar Shaimenova L. S., faculty and students of 1-2 courses.
The main goal of the seminar is to explain the academic mobility program for students. On the agenda were discussed the problems and prospects for the implementation of academic mobility of students. The students of the institute were told about the opportunities and benefits of academic mobility for students, about existing programs, and also got acquainted with the experience of implementing the program at the Altynsarin Institute.
The speaker of the meeting dwelled in detail on the areas in which the students of the institute have the opportunity to study on academic mobility.
Recall that academic mobility in our university is carried out in two main areas: teaching students in Kazakhstani partner universities and studying in foreign universities. Mobility programs are implemented within the framework of agreements between partner universities.
Shaimenova L. S. called on students to actively study and master a foreign language, which will help not only in learning, but also in their further professional growth and development.
In addition, she emphasized that the institute has created all favorable opportunities for successful completion of mobility training and invited all students interested in expanding their educational opportunities to participate in academic mobility programs.
At the end of the seminar, the participants exchanged their impressions, discussed the questions asked and information on international programs, and also outlined the prospects for further work on the implementation of academic mobility.
It should be noted that academic mobility remains one of the most important tools for disseminating new knowledge, concepts and ideas, ensuring a high level of education quality and building a single global educational space.
