On April 13, 2023, an information and explanatory online conference "Mandatory work off" was held with the participation of a representative of JSC "Financial Center" on the issues of mandatory work off of a grant, distribution and employment, as well as to clarify all existing issues.

During a meeting with students and graduates of 2023, studying on the basis of the state educational order, as well as quotas for the program "Mangilik el zhastary - industry!" and quotas for citizens from among rural youth, issues of changes and additions to regulatory legal acts regarding the mandatory training of students on the basis of the state educational order and the employment of young specialists were discussed.
Kuralai Muratovna, Chief Specialist of JSC "Financial Center", familiarized the graduates in detail with the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" and other regulatory legal acts on compulsory employment after graduation. In particular, explanatory information is provided in accordance with Article 47, paragraph 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" and the regulations on the employment of young professionals, approved by Decree No. 390 dated March 30, 2012 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting was held in the format of a free discussion of issues of interest, with exhaustive answers from the Financial Center. The issue of returning the money spent from the budget to the state in case of non-fulfillment of obligations for working out was also raised.
Along with students studying on the order of state education, the faculty and specialists of the institute departments also presented their questions. During the meeting, which was held as part of an open dialogue, the representative of JSC "Financial Center" and representatives of the institute answered all the questions of students.
