Nabiev Sayat Talgatuly is a 2014 graduate of Altynsarin Institute.

He studied at the Faculty of History and Art under the educational program “5B011400 – History”.
Currently, Sayat Talgatovich holds the position of deputy head of the National Innovation Research Center “Bilim-orkenieti”.
He studied for a doctorate in the specialty “History” at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the capital and successfully defended his doctoral dissertation.
Currently, he is a man of science, holding the academic degree of Doctor of Science in History.
