Doctor of Technical and Vocational Education Dr. Muhammad Luthfi Hamzah arrived at Altynsarin Institute.

He works at the Islamic University Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau (Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau) in the city, which is considered the administrative center of the province of Riau (Propinsi Riau).

Muhammad Lutfi Hamza, who arrived as part of the Visiting Foreign Scientist program, arrived on the eve of Teachers' Day, which is celebrated in Kazakhstan.
