The main tasks of the department are:
- preparation of a long-term plan for the development of activities in the field of organization, compliance with the legislation of the RK;
- compliance with the legislation of the RK “On public procurement” and other regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- creation of the necessary material and technical base of the Institute and its structural subdivisions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On public procurement";
- collection of information and creation of statement claims, conduct the cases in state, judicial, administrative, public, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other competent bodies and institutions, with all the rights provided for by civil; legislation and provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- participation in judicial proceedings, including the presentation of evidence, taking part in the investigation of evidence, the application of petitions, challenges, participation in debates, familiarization with the records of judicial sessions, participation in enforcement proceedings;
- assistance to the structural units of the Institute in the implementation of the tasks of resolving legal issues, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Ensuring control over the observance of labor discipline and internal regulations by employees of the institute
- Organization of work on staffing the institute with staff of teaching staff and employees, the required professions and qualifications in accordance with the level and profile of the training received and business qualities
- Registration, maintenance and storage of documentation related to personnel and their movement
- Compliance with legal norms in the activities of the institute
