(2017-2021 academic year)

 The implementation of the educational program of specialty 5B010800 "Physical culture and sport" is carried out in accordance with the mission of the University and determines the specifics of the program, the characteristics of groups of students of the specialty and the educational results they receive.
 2017-2018 academic year the number of students in the specialty is 182, of which 84-full-time Department, 98-correspondence Department. 67 of them are trained on the basis of a state grant.
 The strategic plan of the Institute for 2017-2021 was approved by the Academic Council of the Arkalyk  pedagogical Institute (Protocol No. 9 of February 22, 2017). The mission of the Institute is determined by the following activities: specialist policy, educational activities, international communication, research, development of educational work in the spiritual development of the individual, management of ways to improve the quality of the educational process, strengthening the material and technical base and Informatization of knowledge.
 To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the Institute for 2017-2021.Arkalyk  pedagogical Institute named after Altynsarin at the Department of physical culture and sports, the following works were carried out.
 The strategic development plan of the Institute for 2017-2021 was analyzed, its implementation was discussed at the meeting of the Department(Protocol №6, 11.01.17, №2, 04.10.17). At the same time, with the mission of the Institute, the presentation of students in the specialty is traditionally held.
 On September 15, 2017 and September 22, 2017, a curatorial hour was organized on the theme "Mission is a guarantee of social and cultural development".

In order to prepare students for mastering teaching subjects in two languages (Kazakh, Russian) classes in disciplines are teachers: Abilkhairov O. E. "Management of physical culture and sports", "Swimming with teaching methods", Konysbaev K. B. "Gymnastics", Ershatov K. B. "Football" and "Skiing", safargalieva G. N. "Theory and methods of physical culture and sports", beysenbayev S. K. "Tourism with the methods of teaching".
 According to the introduction of multilingual education, an additional subject of "Professionally oriented foreign language" holds" teaches senior lecturer, diploma of "Foreign language two foreign languages J. S. Rakhimov.

 The list of elective courses included in the working curricula corresponds to the specialization chosen by the students. All educational documentation is presented on the educational portal of the Institute "www.аpi.kz" and provided to students in paper and / or electronic form.
 The educational program includes modern requirements, innovations, takes into account the interests and wishes of employers.
 When building a graduate model, the Department proceeds from the following professional requirements: the graduate must meet the level of General education readiness of the General standards of higher education; have a modern level of system knowledge based on the disciplines of the curriculum; be able to find and creatively use special information in their activities, possess the technology of obtaining new knowledge, have a pronounced motivation, the necessary skills of independent work in selected activities, as well as the need for constant replenishment of their knowledge, improving professional skills.
 Every year in the modular curricula of the Department components of choice are updated by 10 percent.
 The curriculum includes " Interactive methods of physical education in 12-year education, inclusive education in the field of physical education, special courses on new technologies in education.

Development and implementation of special elective disciplines in strategic areas in the specialty 5B010800 " Physical culture and sports»

 In order to prepare competent teaching staff with innovative technology in terms of 12-year education system in the modular curriculum introduced elective subjects as "Methods of teaching of physical culture and sports in ungraded schools" (for 3rd year students), "Professional Kazakh (Russian) language Professionally oriented foreign language"(3rd year), "Interactive methods of teaching physical education in the system of 12 years of education" (3rd year, 5th semester), "Methods of inclusive education at the lessons of physical culture" (3rd year, 6th semester), "New technologies in education "(4th year, 7th semester).   The main directions of introduction of elective disciplines were determined in accordance with the strategic plan of the University.
