The Board of Directors of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin" announces a competition for the vacant position of a compliance officer of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin", located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 110300, Kostanay region, Arkalyk city, Auelbekov street, 17.

The main goal of the Service is to ensure compliance by the Company, its employees and students with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, the Code of Corporate Ethics, the Internal Regulations, as well as monitoring the implementation of anti-corruption measures.

Requirements for the participants of the competition: higher legal education.

A person cannot take part in the competition:
1) under twenty-five years of age;
2) previously committed a corruption offense;
3) having an outstanding or unexpunged conviction;
4) registered in medical special institutions;
5) other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A person applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents:
1) an application in the prescribed form;
2) a copy of the identity document of the tender participant;
3) track record of the participant of the competition with a 3x4 color photograph in the prescribed form;
4) copies of documents on education and annexes to them with the presentation of the originals for verification;
5) a copy of the document confirming labor activity, certified by the personnel department at the place (current or last) of work;
6) a medical certificate on the state of health (medical professional advisory opinion) in the appropriate form, issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents;
7) a certificate from a psycho-neurological organization, issued no more than one year before the date of submission of documents, in accordance with the legislation on public services;
8) a certificate from a narcological organization issued no more than six months before the date of submission of documents in accordance with the legislation on public services;
9) a document confirming the absence of a ban on holding a position in accordance with criminal law.
In cases of implementation of restrictive measures by the relevant state bodies, the introduction of a state of emergency, the occurrence of emergency situations of a social, natural and man-made nature, the service recipients of the tender participants do not submit the documents specified in subparagraphs 6, 7 and 8.

Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
