The Board of Directors of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin" announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the Internal Audit Service of the non-profit joint-stock company "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin", located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 110300, Kostanay region, Arkalyk, Auelbekov street, 17.

The main goal of the Internal Audit Service is to develop objective recommendations for the Board of Directors of the Company when resolving issues within its competence.
The competence of the Committee includes the following issues:
- in the field of internal audit of the Company;
- in the field of external audit of the Company;
- in the field of financial and economic activities of the Company;
- areas of the risk management and internal control system.

Requirements for competition participants:
• higher professional education in the fields of: economics and finance, and/or accounting and audit, and/or financial management, and/or finance and credit, and/or jurisprudence, knowledge of the specifics of the educational process in higher education institutions and the availability of additional special training;
• availability of specialized licenses and certificates;
• experience in the field of (internal) audit, and/or accounting, and/or finance, preferably in higher education institutions - at least 5 (five) years;
• experience in managerial positions - at least 2 (two) years;
• knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan governing production and economic activities, including on issues of auditing, accounting and taxation;
• knowledge of international financial reporting standards;
• Knowledge necessary to perform job responsibilities:
• Knowledge of MOPPVA, fundamentals of corporate governance, risk management and internal control, international financial reporting standards;
• Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including on issues of auditing, accounting, taxation, joint-stock companies, labor, state property, industrial and innovative activities and finance;
• Knowledge of the state Kazakh language and English at levels not lower than intermediate.

A person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents:

2. A copy of the identity document.
3. Resume.
4. Copies of documents on education, academic degree and qualification certificates in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position.
5. Copies of specialized licenses and certificates.
6. A copy of the document confirming work experience.
7. A document certifying completion of a preliminary medical examination.

Documents for participation in the competition are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement.
The date and location of the competition will be announced additionally.
