3rd year student of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Y. Altynsarin took 3rd place in the republican student aitys.

In Astana, on the basis of the Kazakh National University of Arts, a republican aitys was held among the students of "Uly Dalanyn Ulanymyn", where the best young aitysker was determined from among the students of higher educational institutions of the republic. The event is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Kazakh National University of Arts.
Young akyns from all regions of the country gathered in Astana to determine whose talent for improvisation and resourcefulness is more relevant and interesting to the public.
The performances of the contestants were evaluated by the jury, which included famous akyns and aityskers. According to the results of the final competitions, Akylzhanov Aset, a 3rd year student of the Altynsarin Institute, won the recognition of the public and the third prize.
According to the winner, the competition was held at a high level. “The competition was not easy, but I managed to perform well. Such aitys are very useful for young people, because we get to know the culture, traditions and customs of our ancestors even more.”
The young poet was awarded a diploma and a monetary certificate.
