Career guidance in the Turkestan region: we are waiting for applicants under the Serpin program
The working group of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Y. Altynsarin, which included teachers and staff of the university, has been conducting career guidance in the southern regions of the country since the beginning of April.
The main purpose of the trip is to carry out work to explain the program "Serpin" among school graduates and to acquaint them with the educational programs of the institute.
So, the dean of the faculty "Pedagogy and Philology" Kaliev A.K. and the head of the EP "Geography", "Geography and History", "Biology and Geography" Kalkashev S.G. in the period from April 10-14, 2023, they carried out career guidance work in the Turkestan region. Namely, in the districts of Sauran, Baydibek, Sairam, Tole bi, Keles, including in the villages of Karasu and Aksukent, Kaynarbulak and Kutarys.
It should be noted that in our university all the conditions for studying and living are created for students. Students live in Student Houses, take an active part in the life of student organizations, show themselves in sports and creativity. In addition, qualified teachers-mentors are assigned to them, helping their socialization and providing all kinds of support.
According to Dean Kaliev A.K. “The number of young people entering our university under the Serpin program is growing every year. The most popular specialties are the teacher of the Kazakh language and literature, the teacher of mathematics and the teacher of a foreign language. There are many talented students and graduates among them, whom we are proud of. After graduation, many of the graduates remain in the region. This year we are also waiting for the participants of the Serpin program.
Recall that the Altynsarin Institute has been a participant in the state program "Serpin" for several years. During this time, the university has trained thousands of highly qualified specialists. Graduates of the program are also successfully employed at the leading enterprises of the region and receive decent wages.
It is worth noting that the work on the invitation to study at our university will continue in the summer, our teachers will go to places to work with applicants.
