На официальном сайте и в социальных сетях Министерства науки и высшего образования РК публикован список обладателей образовательных грантов на 2023-2024 учебный год. 

In total, 94,000 applications were submitted to participate in the competition for the award of educational grants, which is 14,000 more than last year.
State grants were awarded following the results of the final meeting of the Republican Commission, which included deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of state bodies, trade unions in the field of education, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Association of Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and public organizations.
It is worth noting that this year, on behalf of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, 5,000 targeted grants were allocated for young people from densely populated, western and newly created regions. Grants are distributed as follows: Atyrau region - 1500, Mangistau region - 1500, Ulytau region - 300, Zhetisu region - 300, Abay region - 500, Shymkent - 400, Turkestan region - 500 grants. These grants are allocated for pedagogical, engineering, IT specialties and natural sciences.
The biggest competition was held among applicants who chose GOP "Dentistry" - 22 people per place. Next come "International Relations and Diplomacy" (14 people), Law (11 people), "Training of Music Teachers", "Training of Physical Education Teachers" and "Psychology" (10 people each).
Among the applicants there are about 20 thousand applicants with a priority right in case of equality of points, namely, the holders of the badge "Altyn belgi", winners of international and republican olympiads, excellent students. In addition, when distributing grants, quotas for children from socially vulnerable categories are taken into account.
Enrollment in universities will be carried out until August 25 inclusive.
