On February 27, 2024, the Faculty of Natural Science and Information Technology organized a republican competition of scientific projects among schoolchildren on the topic “Using the capabilities of digital technologies.”

The purpose of the event is to search and study comprehensive aspects of using the capabilities of digital technologies in education.
Students from schools in the Abay, Akmola, Turkestan, and Kostanay regional education departments took part in the scientific project competition.

During the competition, issues of modern educational, innovative directions of programming languages in the process of informatization, various levels and points of view were actively discussed.

The projects proposed by schoolchildren covered such topics as developing a system of indicators for assessing informatization processes in various spheres of society, considering informatization as the main factor in the development of various public spheres, identifying the features of programming languages in the environment of information communication technologies.

According to the terms of the scientific project competition, depending on the age characteristics of the students, they were divided into two groups.

As a result, between grades 4-6:
1st place was taken by Makhtin Sanzhar, a student of grade 6 “B” of secondary school No. 4 named after Keiki Batyr of the Education Department of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Karashinov Kaskyrbay Serikbaevich);
2nd place was taken by Baizakova Adilya, a student of 4 “A” class of secondary school No. 4 named after Keiki Batyr, education department of the akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Zhunus Bek - Abil Erbolovich);
Tuleukhan Asylkhan, student of 4th “A” grade of the elementary gymnasium named after A. Baitursynov, education department of the akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Kalmaganbetova Danagul Bakytovna);
Zhumabayeva Aisulu, student of the 4th “A” grade of the elementary gymnasium named after A. Baitursynov, education department of the akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Mazhitova Elmira Ualikhanovna);
3rd place was taken by students of class 5 “A” of secondary school No. 2 of the Education Department of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region, Nurmuhamed Tulegenov, Zhan Utyuganov (scientific supervisor: Baizakova Saule Svyazkhanovna);
Kuanyshbek Miras, student of class 5 “A” of the gymnasium named after I. Altynsarin of the education department of the akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Seksembay Zhansaya Adebietovna);

Among grades 7-11:
1st place was taken by Sayatov Kuandyk, a student of class 11 “A” of the secondary school named after Sh. Tokzhigitov S. Sarzhal of the education department of the Abay district of the education department of the Abay region (scientific supervisor: Aldabergenova Gulnur Dzhazylbekovna);
2nd place was taken by Serikbay Baubek Kaskyrbaevich, a student of class 10 “A” of secondary school No. 4 named after Keiki Batyr of the Education Department of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Kaltai Nursultan Berikovich);

Bektasovich Bekali, student of grade 8 “B” of secondary school No. 4 named after Keiki Batyr, Arkalyk, education department of the akimat of the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay region (scientific supervisor: Zhusupova Asem Berikovna);
Ersinuly Ermurat is a student of the 8th “A” class of the secondary school named after M. Auezov of the education department of the Abay district of the education department of the Abay region (scientific supervisor: Nurlybek Orynbekovich).
The winning students were awarded diplomas of I, II, III degrees, scientific supervisors were awarded letters of gratitude for raising competitive, modern, educated citizens.
