On November 18-21, the regional Kazakh kuresi tournament “Zhas Barys” among boys and girls 2003-2005, 2006-2007, 2008-2009 was held in the city of Kostanay.

The tournament, organized by the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Akimat of the Kostanay region, was attended by student-athletes of ArkPI named after. I. Altynsarina.
Students of the educational program “Physical Culture and Sports” of the Faculty of History and Art competed in the age category of 2003-2005.
The students of the institute, who fought on the gray carpet, stood up against their rivals and performed successfully.
As a result, in the weight category of 55 kg, 2nd year student of Altynsarin Institute Ashikbay Akzhol took 1st place, and in the weight category of 72 kg, 3rd year student Murat Aibat took 2nd place.
In his speech, the wrestling coach noted: “Akzhol and Aibek are athletes who have not previously lost to opponents on the red carpet. They conduct regular training work in the sports complex of our educational institution. We have high hopes for their future."
It should be noted that the prize-winning students, who used special techniques in Kazak Kuresi with distinction, won the sympathy of the audience.
