On the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, informational and explanatory work for applicants of the Turkestan region under the program "Serpin" has been started at Ahmed Yasavi University.

Representatives of 23 domestic universities will take part in the large-scale exhibition, which will be held from June 10 to June 14.
More than 1,200 applicants from 39 schools of Turkestan showed interest in the event in order to train and employ youth from the most densely populated southern regions of the country in the northern, western and eastern regions of Kazakhstan, where there is a shortage of personnel.

Now large-scale information and explanatory work on educational grants will continue in Shymkent (June 12), Zhetysai (June 13) and Saryagash (June 14) districts.
It should be noted that 3,903 grants were allocated by the state to the "Serpin" program this year. More than 2,500 of them have a pedagogical focus. There are also changes made to the program. One of them - upon completion of training for graduates of the "Serpin" program, the repayment period of the grant was reduced from 3 to 2 years, and the place of repayment was increased to 11 regions.
