President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at a joint session of the chambers of Parliament published the Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic growth, public optimism".

The head of state at the beginning of his speech noted that the country's Parliament adopted 102 laws, including laws on public control, combating human trafficking, science and technology policy, thermal power engineering and others. According to him, great attention was paid to social issues, especially the protection of children.
The President named the main tasks of the state - ensuring sustainable socio-economic progress, comprehensive disclosure of the creative potential of citizens and a real increase in the well-being of the people.
