New acting rector has a scientific degree of doctor of philosophy (PhD). More than 20 years in the field of education. Before coming to Arkalyk, he held the positions of the head of the department, vice-rector for academic and scientific work of Suleyman Demirel University, director of the Pedagogical Institute of the International University "Astana". He completed an internship at the University of Michigan.
