A Meeting on Academic Mobility Held at ArkPU

On April 18, 2025, an important meeting with second-year students on the topic of academic mobility was held in the assembly hall of Arkalyk Pedagogical University named after I. Altynsarin.

The meeting was opened by M.A. Nurkhanov, the university specialist responsible for academic mobility, who provided a detailed overview of the current efforts being undertaken in the field of both internal and external academic mobility. He informed students about the opportunities and conditions for participating in these programs and emphasized the importance of experience exchange.

During the event, the floor was given to the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Board Member, Zh.A. Zhusupova. She highlighted the benefits of academic mobility for students and underscored the value of international experience in the development of future professionals.


Students who had studied abroad through academic mobility programs also took part in the meeting and shared their impressions. In particular, Rustam Babazhanov, a third-year student of the 6B01706 – “English Language” program, spoke about his studies and living conditions at the Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau University in Pekanbaru (Indonesia).
Students who studied at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University in Niğde (Turkey) — Dilnaz Baktygalieva (6B01701 – “Kazakh Language and Literature”), Diana Batyrbai (6B01706 – “English Language”), and Anelya Sabitova (6B01507 – “Mathematics and Physics”) — also shared their experiences of studying and living in Turkey.
In addition, students who studied during the second semester of the 2023–2024 academic year under the internal academic mobility program at Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov — Gulhan Kozhanova (6B01512 – “Biology and Geography”), Iroda Madaminova (6B01705 – “Russian Language and Literature in Schools with Non-Russian Language Instruction”), and Rayymbek Imangaziyev (6B01601 – “History”) — shared their impressions.


During the meeting, students asked many questions and received comprehensive information about the opportunities and requirements of academic mobility.
As a result of the meeting, it was decided that academic mobility programs at the university will continue in the next academic year and will be further developed.
