By providing integration into the European higher education area by bringing the content of education in line with the parameters of the Bologna Process Arkalyk  Pedagogical Institute. Altynsarin and 7 universities of Kazakhstan signed an agreement on academic mobility 28.04.2011 year  Almaty city.
 Academic mobility - is moving the students to a particular academic period (semester, year) in other higher institution (within the country or abroad) for training with mandatory recredit in the prescribed manner mastered educational programs in the form of credits in their high school.
 The goal of the academic mobility: integration (to connect, enter) into the world educational space. Students of the Department of Mathematics and Physics in the framework of academic mobility program sent to study at the universities of Kazakhstan  and abroad (Table 1-4).

Academic mobility enables a good job, fosters respect, broadens the student's knowledge in all areas of European culture. It develops linguistic pluralism and encourages a healthy spirit of competition in higher education.
