Inclusive education in the professional activity of a teacher of physical culture

Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after Y. Altynsarin held an educational-methodical seminar "Inclusive education in the professional activity of a teacher of physical culture", organized by the educational program for the training of teachers of physical culture.

The seminar was attended by the teaching staff, students of the educational program "Physical culture and sport" and teachers of schools in physical culture.
During the seminar, the principles and values of inclusive education, the concepts of inclusive policy, inclusive culture, inclusive experience were considered. The model of training, assessment and support of students with special educational needs was also discussed, methodological instructions were given for the formation of information and communicative competence in physical education classes. School teachers presented the experience of best practices in the implementation of general education programs for children with disabilities in educational institutions.

According to the head of the OP Beisenbaev S.K. “The main goal of inclusion is to achieve the potential of the individual, access to education and the integration of each person into society. This approach requires great professionalism from teachers: flexibility and readiness for individual work with a student, the ability to work with a team of related professionals, resolve conflicts and overcome stereotypes, and effectively plan the educational process, taking into account the characteristics of all students.
The speeches of scientists and teachers of the Altynsarin Institute were heard on the organization of work with children with disabilities and children with disabilities in physical education classes, the construction of an educational route and the conditions for its implementation in educational institutions.
So, Abilkhairov O.E., senior lecturer of the EP "Physical culture and sport", read a report on the topic "General characteristics of inclusive education for people with disabilities." The report defines the content of the concept of "Inclusive Education" and presents the main categories of inclusive education.
Senior Lecturer Ershatov K.B. made a presentation on the topic “Variability of inclusive education” and outlined the content of the concepts “Integration”, “mainstreaming”, “inclusion”, “Educational environment”, “Inclusive educational environment”.
Senior Lecturer Kultanov D.T. read the report “Models of Psychological and Pedagogical Support for Children with Disabilities in the Conditions of Inclusive Education”. The report defines the topics and main stages of psychological support.
Senior teacher Tolegenov T., made a presentation on the topic “Technologies of psychological and pedagogical support for children with disabilities in the context of inclusive education”, where he outlined the most effective technologies of psychological and pedagogical support in the educational process.

The audience of the seminar took an active part, working in groups to discuss the exciting issues of inclusive education, the practical development of relevant teaching methods.
Based on the results of the seminar, recommendations and proposals were made with the aim of further effective work in the field of implementation of educational programs of inclusive education in educational institutions by future teachers of physical culture.
