At the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin took part in a networking session on the topic “Integration. Development. Progress".

This event was organized by the Center for Pedagogical Excellence and Psychodiagnostics and Consulting using artificial intelligence. The purpose of the event, which presented joint activities of social and professional areas, is to establish and strengthen professional connections, exchange experience and knowledge, search for new opportunities for growth and development, establish partnerships and cooperation. Representatives from various spheres of the city of Arkalyk took part in Networking - government officials, the teaching community, the business community, representatives of law enforcement agencies, and city residents.
The first word was given to the head of the Research Center at the university, Zhanar Baiseitovna. The speech noted: “Congratulations on the next event of the two centers created at the Research Center. Good relationships with people are the key to success. The center specialists at our institute try to create a favorable atmosphere for you to live. The “third mission of the university” of our educational institution is to conduct events compatible with the interests of the region and the city. Thanks to this, we will all be able to stabilize the social mission of the state.”
Participants were first sent a QR code and completed an online pre-survey. It presents questions related to determining attitudes towards teamwork, the level of interest in exchanging experience in various fields, and readiness for mutual cooperation.
During the event, 12 thematic tables were organized dedicated to current problems of relationships between various individuals affecting all social strata of the population, stages to successful scientific work, education and innovation, methods of psychological work, emotional state, etc.
On topics selected through the mobile platform, speakers were a researcher at the Center for Pedagogical Excellence, Venera Esirgepova, and a researcher at the Center for Psychodiagnostics and Consulting, Guldana Smailova. The event, which took place in an open dialogue format, was attended by about 100 participants, and active reflection was carried out.
Teacher-psychologist at school-gymnasium No. 1 named after Sh. Ualikhanov Rauan Zhumabekovich about the work on networking in a new format: “I believe that this initiative was in demand by specialists from various fields. Because pedagogical skills and pedagogical consulting are one of the most important factors for meeting the needs of new times.”
Thus, Altynsarin Institute began the practical implementation of the “Third Mission of the University”.
At the initiative of the staff of the research center, a telegram channel @centrym_pdk was opened and launched for special participants on the Telegram social network. It is noted that in the future, scientific centers will provide continuous pedagogical and psychological support. Residents of the region expressed a desire to establish close ties.
