A republican scientific and methodological seminar on the topic “Priority areas of preschool education” was held at the Altynsarin Institute.

The initiators of the event were the educational programs “6B01201 – Preschool education and upbringing” and “6B01202 – Preschool teacher and educational psychologist” of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Philology.
The goal is to support students’ aspirations for science and education, develop competencies and research skills in priority areas of preschool education, offer various methods for improving the professional qualifications of teachers and educators, and form scientific and theoretical ideas about innovative methods.

Scientists from other universities, kindergarten teachers, students and specialty teachers took part in the event via the ZOOM platform.
Roza Yesentaevna, head of the educational program “6B01201 – Preschool education and upbringing”, “6B01202 – Preschool teacher and educational psychologist” read a report on the topic “Ways to improve the research abilities of a teacher in preschool education” and raised the issue of students’ opportunities to combine their profession with scientific creativity.

During the seminar, scientists shared their experiences, teachers conducted master classes, creating motivation for future teachers to work.

It should be noted that the republican scientific and methodological seminar was organized within the framework of the international scientific and practical conference “Current problems of preschool education”, held at the East Kazakhstan University named after S. Amanzholov.
