Altynsarin Institute students visited the Kostanay Regional Memorial Museum of Y. Altynsarin.

Future teachers consider it a historical moment to visit the museum of the outstanding educator who opened the first school in the Kazakh steppe, on the eve of “Teacher’s Day.”
It is worth noting that the museum is located on a historical site, since it was here that one of Altynsarin’s schools was located from the end of the 19th to the beginning of the 20th century.
The museum, which includes about twelve thousand exhibits, was opened on December 9, 1991. Books about the writer’s work and life, his personal belongings are stored here, books by Y. Altynsarin, models of schools, photographs, and memories are collected. The exhibits reflect not only the life and work of Altynsarin, but also the history of the formation and development of the structure of the public education system in Kazakhstan.
The guide of the memorial museum told a lot of interesting things about the life and work of the teacher. The students took a photo together as a souvenir and exchanged impressions.
