The Altynsarin Institute hosted a student seminar “Today’s Youth – Tomorrow’s Future” with representatives of the Youth Resource Center of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk.

1st and 2nd year students took part in the seminar with the support of the Center for Social Problems and Youth Policy.

The main goal of the student seminar is to conduct explanatory work on interreligious and interethnic harmony, familiarize themselves with plans and activities for the implementation of state youth policy in the region, exchange plans for the volunteer movement, campaign for the autumn conscription and speak on social networks of religious movements.
The meeting was attended by the director of the “Youth Resource Center” of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk D. Kozhakhmetov, the head of the “internal policy department of the Akimat of the city of Arkalyk” A. Maratovich made a report by the head of state K. Tokayev “A Just State. One nation. Blessed Society."

The speakers of the seminar noted in their speeches that “every written postcard and any video uploaded on the Internet, if it is related to religious movements, pseudo-Salafi, is subject to punishment in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
It is worth noting that this stream of student seminars takes place at the state level in all secondary, specialized and higher educational institutions.
