From October 2 to November 2, 2023, the Altynsarin Institute hosts lectures by a foreign scientist from Indonesia on the use of object-oriented programming in web development.

The main purpose of the visit is to develop academic mobility and strengthen international cooperation.
A scientist from the State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, a doctor in the field of technical and vocational education, Muhammad Luthfi Hamzah, was invited to the Altynsarin Institute under the program “Attracting Foreign Scientists” to give lectures to university students. As part of the program, a professor from Indonesia gives lectures, conducts practical classes and seminars for students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Computer Science.
On the first day, Professor Luthfi Hamzah met with the teaching staff of the educational program “Informatics”, where he shared his teaching experience and the peculiarities of studying students in Indonesia, and a work plan for the month was presented.

Students of the institute are given a wonderful opportunity to attend lectures by the professor, gain experience and knowledge without traveling abroad. From the first days, the foreign scientist interested students with interesting cases in the course “Application of object-oriented programming in web development.” As students note, using this technological approach, you can create, scale and support quite complex projects, including Python, Java, Frontend or Fullstack development.
Chairman of the Board - Rector Erzhan Amirbekuly, at a meeting with the professor, emphasized the need to develop academic cooperation between the two universities. The parties also exchanged views on issues of deepening partnership in the field of science.
In turn, Professor Luthfi Hamzah expressed gratitude for the reception. On behalf of the University of Indonesia, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the entire academic community of Altynsarin Institute.

It is worth noting that Professor Luthfi Hamzah is engaged in information system issues, software development, research into testing and implementation of information systems. Has h-index – 7.
