By the decision of the Board of Directors of the NJSC "Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin", Adilbek Erlanovich Mansurov was appointed head of the institute's compliance service.

Over the years, Adilbek Erlanovich held various positions in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Information and Social Development, and the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The responsibilities of the institute's compliance officer will include organizing and implementing work on the formation of an anti-corruption culture, issues of integrity and ethics, identifying and reducing corruption risks, and conducting anti-corruption explanatory activities.
