We have already mentioned that the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin intends to provide new opportunities for students to study at foreign universities, implement academic mobility and joint education programs in order to expand the framework of international cooperation.

Academic mobility of students of the institute is carried out on the basis of international contracts, international programs, memorandums and experience exchange programs with foreign partner universities.
In the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year, 8 students of educational programs of Kazakh language and literature, English, foreign languages: two foreign languages, biology-geography, mathematics-physics went to Turkey to study at Muğla Sitki Koçman University.
During their stay at this university, students actively participated in socio-cultural, cognitive and educational activities and, in addition to education, acquired spiritual maturity. One of them is a festive evening at a foreign university on the occasion of Independence Day. Here, students showed a presentation about the steps of independence, exciting moments in history, read poetry, and presented to the audience moments from traditions, art and sports, which depicted elements of the national code. The students of Altynsarin Institute, beloved by many, received letters of gratitude from the dean of the department of “Turkish Language and Literature”, Associate Professor, PhD, and foreign scholar Ekrem Ayan.

It should be noted that such student activities help improve the quality of education, improve the professional, cultural and educational level of students and teachers, establish external and internal integration links and strengthen the reputation of the educational institution.
