The content of educational programs consistent ArkSPI named after Y. Altynsarin for the specialties 5B011900 – Foreign language: two foreign languages, 5ВО11800 - Russian language and literature, 5ВО12200-language and Russian language and literature in schools with non-Russian language of instruction compulsory standards of education.
    The mission of ED was created in accordance with consumer demand and based on the specifics of academic groups majoring in 5B011900 – Foreign language: two foreign languages, 5BO11800 - Russian language and literature, 5BO12200-Russian language and language and literature in schools with non-Russian language of instruction. The educational program for students is aimed at high-quality professional education forms moral and moral education as a conscious citizen of the society allowing to fully master the content of professional activities in three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English.
    The purpose of the educational program for the preparation of undergraduate majors 5B011900-Foreign language: two foreign languages, 5BO11800-Russian language and literature, 5BO12200-Russian language and language and literature in schools with non-Russian language of instruction:
-Patriotism. Education in the spirit of respect for different cultures, customs and traditions.
- Formation of universal human and social-personal values. Formation of ethical, legal culture and culture of thinking.
- Language training of the bachelor.
- Modern scientific concepts and achievements of General linguistics and literature, in-depth study of methodical problems of teaching of the Kazakh language and literature.
   Basic knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for professional activity.
  The curriculum of bachelors in 5B011800-Russian language and literature, 5B011900-Russian language and language and literature in schools with non-Russian language of education is based on a modular approach based on the model curriculum approved by the Ministry of education and science since 2014.
   Modular plan of 2017-2018 academic year
   A modular curriculum is a required component of General education - 21 credits , 4 modules, component selection - 7 credits; basic subjects education – 9 unit, a mandatory component – 20 credits, the component of choice – 49 credits; subjects of vocational education – 4 modules; compulsory component – 5, component selection consists of 27 credits.
   The content of the components of choice on the cycles of basic and professional disciplines taught by the Educational program "Kazakh language and literature","Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction" content corresponds to the subjects of the educational program of Kostanay state Pedagogical Institute.
