Altynsarin Institute took part in the pedagogical forum in Bashkiria

From November 29 to December 2, the National Pedagogical Forum dedicated to the Year of the Teacher and Mentor was held in Ufa. The forum was organized by the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla with the support of the Ministry of Education of Russia and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The purpose of the forum is to discuss issues of ensuring quality education, generalize and disseminate practical positive experience, develop universal competencies of students, teachers and management personnel in accordance with the needs of the individual, society and the state of the educational process in modern conditions of digital transformation.
The forum was attended by more than 1,000 scientists and experts from regions of Russia and the CIS countries, studying issues of humanities education in multicultural and multilingualism, specialists in the field of teacher education, researchers of problems of transformation and development of education and society.

Among the participants is a delegation from the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin. It included professor, chairman of the board - rector Amirbekuly Yerzhan, dean of the faculty of pedagogy and philology Aibek Kaliev, dean of the faculty of history and art Gulbarshin Konkina, dean of the faculty of natural science and information technology Alibek Eskermesuly and head of the research center Zhanar Baiseitova.

Several events took place within the framework of the forum: international and all-Russian scientific and practical conferences, round tables, and an all-Russian scientific and methodological seminar. The topics discussed at the forum were issues related to the development of society in the 21st century: national identity and education in multi-ethnic regions; multilingual models of multicultural education; traditions of national art and the possibilities of its development in the modern world; problems of religious and spiritual-moral components of man; development and preservation of multiculturalism, multilingualism, revival of spiritual values and education of youth, continuous additional professional education, activities of youth and adolescent associations; the role of man and human relations in the era of innovative trends in the development of education.
On the first day of the forum, several platforms began their work at once:
• International scientific and practical conference “XVIII Akmullin Readings”;
• International scientific and practical conference “Traditions and innovations in national education systems”;
• International scientific and practical conference “Safin Readings 2023”;
• IV All-Russian scientific and practical conference (with international participation) “Distance education: transformation, advantages, risks and experience”;
• All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Innovative aspects of teaching biology at school and university”;
• All-Russian scientific and methodological seminar “Humanities education in the modern media environment: goals, values and technologies.”

Altynsarin Institute scientists took part in all scientific events of the National Pedagogical Forum and made presentations at plenary sessions. Thus, within the framework of the forum at the III All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Distance Education: Transformation, Advantages, Risks and Experience,” Chairman of the Board – Rector, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Erzhan Amirbekuly raised the issue of transforming teacher education in the conditions of industry 4.0.

Kaliev Aibek Kikbaevich, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Philology, spoke in the Bashkir language about the work of Akmolla Mukhamedyarov and Kazakh traditional poetry at the plenary session of the international scientific and practical conference “XVIII Akmullin Readings”.
Dean of the Faculty of History and Art, Ph.D., Konkina Gulbarshin Spanovna took part in the international scientific and practical conference “Traditions and Innovations in National Education Systems” with a report on the problems of updating educational programs in the modernization of Kazakhstan.

The director of the research center, candidate of pedagogical sciences, Baiseitova Zhanar Baiseitovna, gave a welcoming speech and report “On the role of media education in the system of training future teachers” at the All-Russian scientific and methodological seminar “Humanitarian education in the modern media environment: goals, values and technologies.”

On the second day of the forum, the report of the Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Informatization, PhD Doctor Eskermesuly Alibek on the topic “Correctness of solving the wave equation for the Sturm-Liouville operator with a singular potential” aroused keen interest at the sectional meeting of the All-Russian scientific and practical conference “Safin Readings”.

All forum events were held at the sites of the BSPU named after M. Akmulla in full-time and remote formats.
According to the organizers, holding the National Pedagogical Forum on the basis of the BSPU named after M. Akmulla will contribute to the mutual spiritual and cultural enrichment of residents of all CIS countries, as well as the development of interstate relations in the field of culture, economics, education and social life.

In addition, the organizers conducted a tour of the buildings and technology parks of the university. The delegation from Kazakhstan got acquainted in detail with the faculties and institutes of the university, innovation sites and laboratories.

It should be noted that within the framework of the Forum, joint projects were discussed and a cooperation agreement was signed between the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla and the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin.
