Competition "Best University Teacher"

A traditional competition held annually by the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Republican Competition Commission selects the best of the best in the profession and celebrates their achievements. In addition to monetary incentives, the winners of the “Best University Teacher” competition receive a badge.

The purpose of the competition is to improve the professional and pedagogical culture of teaching staff at universities, stimulate and motivate teachers for further professional development. Teachers with continuous scientific and pedagogical experience of at least 5 years and high achievements in teaching and scientific activities are allowed to participate in the competition. To participate in the competition, applicants from among full-time university teachers submitted their documents through the information system of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The competition consists of two stages: intra-university and republican.
From November 1 to November 10, 2023 at the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin passed the first intra-university stage of the republican competition “Best University Teacher”.
A candidate from among the university’s full-time teachers, Alibek Eskermesuly (PhD), applied for this year’s competition.
According to the Rules for awarding the title “Best University Teacher” approved by order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2015 No. 124 and based on the decision of the expert commission, documents of Doctor PhD Alibek Eskermesuly from number of teaching staff of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin.
