By order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, candidate of pedagogical sciences Zhusupova Zhanna Azatovna was appointed to the position of vice-rector for academic affairs - member of the Board of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin.

Zhusupova Zhanna Azatovna graduated with honors from Aktobe State University. K. Zhubanova, majoring in “Pedagogy and methods of teaching primary school.” In 2005, he studied at the graduate school of this university with a degree in Pedagogy and Psychology.
He began his career as a primary school teacher, then as deputy director for academic work, head of the department of “academic mobility and multilingual education” of the Aktobe State Pedagogical Institute, head of the department, dean of the pedagogical faculty of the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanova.
It should be noted that Zhanna Azatovna is the owner of the state grant “Best University Teacher - 2017”.
