Women scientists of the Arkalyk Pedagogical Institute named after I. Altynsarin took part in the regional forum “Women in Science”, organized by the Kostanay regional branch of the AMANAT party.

In order to strengthen the role of women in the scientific field of Kazakhstan, more than two hundred successful experts in the field of science, education, politics and social activities gathered at the regional forum.
The plenary session of the regional women's forum was addressed by Secretary of the AMANAT party Karinova Sholpan Tanatovna, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Science and Innovation Zakaria Kunsulu Daltonovna, Deputy Akim of the Kostanay region Mukhatmetkali Rinat Zakievich, Deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kim Vera Aleksandrovna and Smyshlyaeva Ekaterina Vasilyevna, Vice-President of the NGO "Women Scientists of Kazakhstan" Imangozhina Orik Zainullovna, head of the priority direction of the Women's wing "Support of women in science" Dambaulova Gulmira Karimzhanovna.

At this forum there were two candidates of sciences from our institute, Rakhmetova Bazar Anasovna and Duisebekova Aisaule Yesengazievna, who were awarded a letter of gratitude. Candidate of Philological Sciences A.E. Duisebekova made a report on social sciences and humanities. Also, scientific articles by women scientists of the institute were accepted into the forum collections (candidate of philosophical sciences Konkina Gulbarshyn Spanovna, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Koldasbaeva Zinaida Shakirovna, PhD Karataeva Tatyana Olegovna, candidate of philological sciences Rakhmetova Bazar Anasovna and Duisebekova Aisaule Yesengazievna).

In the six leading regional universities of the Kostanay region, 236 women scientists work, of which 16 women are doctors of science, 184 women are candidates of science, 36 holders of PhD degrees, of which 13.1% belong to the Altynsarin Institute. In particular, 3 women are doctors of science, 20 women are candidates of science, 8 holders of PhD degrees.
It is worth noting that within the framework of the forum, in various sections, experts discussed topical issues of the development of science in the Kostanay region, identified the main problems and identified ways to solve them, visited scientific and production facilities, and exchanged experiences.
