At the end of the academic year, with the support of the institute's management and the trade union organization, a summer team building event was organized for the Altynsarin Institute staff for the first time in the history of the university.

The goal of the event was to develop corporate culture and cohesion, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
More than 120 employees of the institute (teaching staff, administrative departments) took part in the corporate team building event, headed by Rector Yerzhan Amirbekuly.

From early morning, the team gathered at the place where the yurts of the structural departments were already standing, music was playing, and "hot" preparations were underway in the kitchen. After morning exercises, everyone received their breakfast. After that, everyone took part in various competitions and game programs aimed at building a united team and strengthening the corporate spirit.

The employees took advantage of the opportunity for informal communication and tried on new game images, which, according to the organizers, are aimed at team building and each employee acquiring special skills to make the right decisions in non-standard situations.
The team participated in exciting games that strengthened team spirit and mutual understanding with joy and in one breath. Each stage was full of laughter, support and healthy rivalry!
Thus, the team members competed in accuracy when hitting the target (darts), took part in board games (checkers, togyz kumalak), demonstrated their ingenuity in intellectual competitions, played active games from childhood, and were able to fully demonstrate their potential in all other exciting competition projects. During the team building, the participants also competed in singing and dancing. Subsequently, the activists were awarded special prizes.

During the day, the organizers treated everyone to hot baursaks and national dishes. All 9-10 hours flew by cheerfully and unnoticed. The event left bright emotions among the employees. It was the active team building for the personnel of the institute, organized by the management, that contributed to the emotional reboot of the entire team. It is worth noting that the management of Altynsarin Institute attaches great importance to the formation of a close-knit team of real professionals. As a result, the organization has created optimal conditions for increasing the performance of employees, maintaining a favorable psychological climate within the team. All efforts are aimed at ultimately achieving the overall mission of the university - providing high-quality and affordable education.
