Explanatory note
This index is intended for teachers and students of Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute. I. Altynsarin for use in the educational process and research activities. The index contains the register of scientific databases, electronic scientific journals, a list of educational portals and sites, as well as information about electronic resources that have access from the ARC. The register of scientific databases consists of 47 addresses, including national, international, Russian and foreign databases. This index contains a list of educational portals and sites covering 39 addresses. The register of electronic scientific journals includes data on periodicals recommended by the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for publishing the main results of scientific activity. The index contains information on electronic resources that have access from the ArkGPI information and library complex to the databases of the Republican Inter-College Electronic Library (EIB), the electronic library system of the Lan publishing house. Springer Link, which contains full-text articles from Springer Nature's Complete Collection magazines, as well as the Web of Science electronic information resources of Thomson Reuters.

Electronic databases available from the ARCElectronic databases available from the ARC
The Information and Library Complex of the ArkGPI proposes to use electronic resources that have access to the databases of the Republican Interuniversity Electronic Library (LMEB), the electronic library system of the Lan publishing house. Also, access to the largest foreign databases: "Springer", "Thomson Reuters".
Electronic databases provide the following services:
- search by author, title or keyword;- viewing bibliographic descriptions of electronic resources.- viewing and reading the full texts of scientific articles and books;- downloading materials on direct links (RMEB);Access:Free downloading of electronic copies from the RMEB, Thomson Reuters, Springer Link, the electronic library system of the Lan publishing house, as well as registration with Springer Link, Thomson Reuters, are organized in the electronic reading room of the Arkhipo Information and Library Complex (№105 cabins on the first floor).

The main tasks of the RMEB are:
- more complete satisfaction of the needs of the teaching staff, students, undergraduates, doctoral students and other users in modern educational and scientific resources;
- Interuniversity exchange of educational literature, educational and methodological complexes, scientific articles, reports on R & D and other publications.
Access to the RMEB is available at: http://www.rmeb.kz The RMEB includes the educational resources of the teachers of the universities of Kazakhstan in the number of 71988. The number of textbooks is 16785, of which in the Kazakh language - 8615, in English 319. The number of articles is 19353, of them in the Kazakh language - 9738, in English - 388.
Search in the RMEB can be done by author, title, language, keyword, academic subjects and other search elements.
Electronic Library System of the Publishing House "Lan"
The presented electronic library system is a resource that includes both electronic versions of the books of the publishing house "Lan" and other leading publishers of educational literature, as well as electronic versions of periodicals on natural, technical and humanities sciences. The resource is a platform on which collections of books of various publishing houses are arranged, grouped according to the main fields of knowledge, such as: Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Sciences, Theoretical Mechanics, Informatics, Veterinary Medicine and Agriculture , "Forestry and Forest Engineering", "Nanotechnologies", "Chemistry", "Biology. Thomson Reuters databases
Web of Science is a multidisciplinary, abstract-bibliographic database of the US Institute of Scientific Information (ISI), presented on the Thomson Reuters Web of Knowledge platform. Web of Science (WOS) is the world's most authoritative analytical and citation database of journal articles, combining 3 databases: Science / Social Sciences / Arts & Humanities Citation Index. These resources do not contain the full texts of the articles, but they include references to the full texts in the sources and lists of all the bibliographic references found in each publication, which allows obtaining in the shortest possible time the most complete bibliography on the topic of interest (the depth of the archive is 20 years).You need to log in to the link: http://go.isiproducts.com/cgi-bin/MPL/2_0_1/User/Logon.cgi
